Beth has facilitated modules on the NPQML and co-facilitates the ‘Increasing Capability for Teaching and Curriculum Excellence’ NPQH module and the 'Managing Systems, Resources & Risks' NPQSL module. She enjoys sharing good practice and ideas during professional learning sessions.

Beth has worked for the Harris Federation since 2012, initially as part of the primary central team and then as Vice Principal at Harris Primary Academy Crystal Palace. She has taught across the primary age range from Reception to Year 6 and loves the different challenges and opportunities that primary teaching offers.

Beth has been Head of Academy at Harris Primary Beckenham since 2017, initially in an acting capacity. 

Beth loves teaching and now leadership because she feels that you really can make a difference every day. She loves working with primary school children as their creativity and enthusiasm is always so refreshing.
