Women in Education Project
The DfE have recently launched a Women Leading in Education project to raise the profile of female leaders. Pledge to coach is one of the measures announced by the government to support women in teaching. If you are a leader in education and you want to help more women to become leaders, they are seeking volunteer coaches.
Coaching has the potential to transform the leadership journey of women teachers. If you would like to find a coach to support you, you can register your interest in being coached.
