Teaching School Offer

Our offer is aligned with the six key areas of the Teaching School remit:

1. Initial teacher training (ITT)

We provide training to graduates and career changers, choosing to become teachers through our School Direct programme. Our programme has been carefully designed to integrate graduates into contrasting school settings, where they can develop the ability to teach and learn on the job.

2. Succession planning and talent management

Develop the leadership potential of staff in your school through the Leadership Curriculum. Levels one to three of the curriculum support aspiring leaders to become highly effective middle leaders, senior leaders and confident headteachers.

3. Continuing professional development (CPD)

Continually improve teaching practice using our robust CPD offer. We deliver the Improving Teacher Programme and the Outstanding Teacher Programme to ambitious teachers wanting to significantly improve the quality of their teaching, consistently.

4. School-to-school support

Take advantage of our wealth of expertise. Buy in one of our highly experienced practitioners or Specialist Leaders of Education to support the improvement of a department, curriculum focus or student outcomes in your school.

5. Specialist Leaders of Education

Deploy a Specialist Leader into your school to work with a middle or senior leader in your school to help raise results, improving the department and outcomes for your students.

6. Research and development

Take part in one of our research projects to help improve educational practices and share findings with other schools.
